RULES AND REGULATIONS
Partial list of the RULES AND REGULATIONS - (Effective 10/10/2006)
- Quiet hours for the park are from 12:00am to 6:00am
- No one under the age of 16 is allowed to operate a motor vehicle, motorbike, motorcycle, etc. on Twin Harbor Property
- No one under the age of 16 may operate a Golf Cart unless accompanied by an adult unless that child has a Twin Harbor issued ID.
1. Driving without a pictured ID or Golf Cart tag will result in a fine of $75.00.
2. Running from the Guards will result in a $100.00 fine.
3. Reckless behavior will result in a fine of $100.00
4. Driving without a Twin Harbor Tag visibly displayed on the rear of your Golf Cart will result in a fine of $75.00.
5. Severe verbal abuse or threats toward the guards - $100.00
- No boats may be left more than two hours in the day slips - $75.00
- Guests may NOT bring Watercraft into the park.
- ALL persons riding in a golf cart must be seated when the golf cart is in motion.
- Four Wheelers (All Terrain vehicles) shall not be allowed to be operated in Twin Harbor.
- Unlicensed Motor scooters (gas or electric) shall not be allowed to be operated in Twin Harbor.
- Motorcycles, drag racers and motor vehicles which create loud and obnoxious noises shall not be operated on Twin Harbor property
- A Property Owner must sign in all guests and will be responsible for their guest. Including property damage, not respecting quiet time, vulgarity, loud music.
- Unless otherwise stated, a fine of $50.00 for violating any of the Twin Harbor Park Rules and
Regulations will be issued. All unpaid fines will become a special assessment against the lot owner and their lot. This will be added to your yearly dues.
